Got a small problem that's got me thinking.... Problem is when engine is cool and I get on the highway i can feel and kinda hear a very, very slight surge. When the engine is all warmed up it either gets better and I can't notice it any more or it just goes away???? I was thinking that maybe it's the vgt sensor, but not sure? Anyone know what a bad vgt sensor acts like? Truck starts, runs, idles fine just notice it on the hwy.

Any help would be great because that sensor is not cheap
I haven't check for codes. No service engine light on. Doesn't seem to do it on dec. only acceleration? As I said it is a very very fait surge? Any other ideas on what it could be?
