FE Block 390 casting mark.
So this 66 f-100 I bought, a few months ago, and while I was tuning it up I decided to check the stroke to really determine the engine size. After double checking, several times it turns out the stroke is 3.75 which tells me this block is a 390. Pulled starter to view casting numbers and was not able to find any numbers on passenger side or on any side of block. My 65 352 has them but not my 66, is this odd or what. The heads numbered C8AE-H, 2bbl intake has C5 numbering same as my 65 352. Thoughts on my 66 lack of casting numbers? TIA.
