Seems to have a slight miss. Wires were put on as they were taken off. According to the manual picture, where the pen is pointing, I assume is the cap clip. If you look at the actual picture of my setup, those clips are not in the same spot.

How does one verify a miss isnt from a bad wire? short of feeling every inch of cable while its running, lol? mine look new but are only 7mm
My 360 has a pass ex man leak so its hard to tell if the ticking is from that or snapping from bad wire.
is above firing order same for 360 FE/390FE? the pen is covering it...
right now im assuming my miss is probly cuz of weak compression on #4 clyinder. but u never know.
I've always pulled plug wires one at a time to listen for changes/additional misses. Once you find which cylinder(s) are missing, then you can swap wires/plugs between cylinders to isolate the problem. If the problem is internal to a cylinder, the problem will remain at that cylinder regardless of wire/plug swap.
Look at it in the dark running, you shouldn't pull wires off a running duraspark, it can damage the electronic. If you have a pacemaker if could kill you.

FUNNY enough, my engine seems to have dist cap clocked exactly like this Ford manual.
is this perhaps the ideal way to orient i to have the wires set up neatest and loom together neatly aound all the obstacles?
cuz i tried it with #1 pointing at number 1 and best you can get is 2 crossovers and a wire on each side wont be neatly fitting into 4 wire loom /holders.
Hinda hate to ask this question but,
Did you check the gap on all the new plugs before installing them.
Reason for asking;
I have been around some guys that just open the box and stick in the plug.
I ask them why they dont check gap and the answer is always ( they are pre set from factory)
Of course my statement is yea they are pre set UNTIL the box gets slamed or droped on the wrong end...
Just asking.....
