89 f250 460 fi

probobally beating a dead horse, is there a change in the timing that increases power?

Use a pre 1972 timing chain set and it will move the cam timing back to 0°. For the distributer timing, no.

i think the fuel injected engines already have the straight-up timing set, so no there isnt. if it were a carb engine from 1972-1987 then swapping to a 1971 or earlier set would work.
