Coil spring part number?

I'm looking to level my truck, and need to know the dimensions of the original coils (to check compatibility) was hoping someone knows the part number.

1991 f150 Lariat, extended cab, 302, M5OD, w/AC

Update, called Ford, apparently there are a bunch of different ones. But they don't have the dimensions (what I'm after, need length) so I guess I'll have to rip one off the truck to measure it. I'll wait till our free trial of hell is over though.

No shortcuts for me I guess.

As you found out, there are many different springs, depending on payload package, handling package, camper package, trailer-tow package, etc... Not just length, but also spring rate!

Reason I ask is because I have a friend with some lift coils from a newer truck, was hoping they'd fit (don't have them with me at the moment)

(I do have the tow package),
