I'm in the process of a total front end rebuild on my '85 F-150 4x4. I had to do quite a bit of leg work to find these!
I found the coil spring insulators at NAPA, but (as you might have already discovered) I don't think they will show up in the computer. Ask for the following NAPA part number: 274-9140
It might be a good idea to take the old one with you to compare. Here's a photo of the new insulators I got for my truck.
