07 E350 5.4 198K miles
I see a rectangular hole right below each door hing and I felt under them and water would not get into the engine bay through them.
I have a plan to use thick rubber, the bolts that hold down the air filter housing and some large washers to bolt down the rubber and redirect any water away from the ECU.
