Can someone please point me in the right direction I don't even know where to begin I have been dealing with this truck issue for well over a year and I just keep getting the runaround from so-called friends that say they know how to work on the vehicle so it appears that I'm going to have to do this myself so I need some direction where to start or what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Welcome aboard, I'd start out by describing the issue you've been dealing with this last year. Also, searching the issue works too. I've had the best result with searching using google, then appending ford fte at the end (example: 2004 Ford F150 spark plug torque ford fte)

Ignition coil circuit malfunctions, causes misfire and O2 sensors detect raw fuel in exhaust, computer adjusts to other extreme and is stuck in lean running condition.
The first sensor screwed into the Catalytic muffler from the motor is the bad code and the one to replace..
Your Muffler people can give you good advise about replacing the Catalytic muffler and both Sensors.
The lower 2 codes are secondary. Do you need a Tune up? Your mileage is representative of new Catalyst muffler and Sensors screwed into it + tuning up the motor too.
