Help needed Start up messages

My brother in Law has I believe a 2020 F-150. He said after a recent software upgrade he gets this message every time he starts up his truck.

Anyone have a solution to eliminate this?

If he had a shop update the software I'd start by asking them about the message. I've never seen it on my dash.

The shop didn’t do the update. It was an automatic update overnight.

There have certainly been some glitches with especially wi-fi updates. Even a long period where old stuff wasn't getting purged and a ram problem. I would get on Ford website, enter my vin#, download update to a thumb drive, and follow instructions. Be warned, it can take an hour. Next potential, when batteries start heading south, goofy things like this happen. The start engine requires x voltage, some electronics require a higher voltage, hence it can confuse some owners. A 2020 battery is on the edge, And if the truck gets mostly city grocery getter driving, it suffers from a decent weekly hwy charge.

Good point about the battery. As far as I know my truck has never done an automatic update. I'd probably just disable both of those options.

The second message is related to a phone being paired, whenever I remove my phone I get that message. Either pair a phone or just say continue. The first one just go to settings and turn it off if you don't pair a phone.
