I could be wrong but, based on the model year of the vehicle in your profile, it looks like you tried to upgrade your SYNC 3 system to 3.4 via the aftermarket instead of an official SYNC 3 3.4 update from Ford.
With that being said, and I hope I’m wrong but, I think you might have bricked the SYNC system in your vehicle.

It's been okay now I figure it out, I was trying to add the navigation to my sync 3 but it's not work and finally I find out what's need to get it back but till now I cannot add the navigation to it.

Glad to hear that and double good news that you didn't`t brick it.
I'm relatively certain that, unless the Sync 3 system you have already had navigation on it, just updating the software won't add the navigation. I'm pretty sure you need an additional module to make the navigation work.
