Alright, #5 is not a dead hole, which makes sense, given your very good WOT performance. It's not contributing as well at idle though, if we trust the buzz test code and the PERDEL data. That, combined with the rough idle symptom is - something. Gaaah!
If it was mine, I would throw 2 more inexpensive sensors at it: replace the ICP sensor and the CPS. One at a time. See what happens. You have a spare if it does not work - always a good thing. What color CPS is in there now?
You can do a compression test, but with no chuffing out the oil fill, I don't know that you'd see enough to cause this. This seems like more of a timing issue.
Another piece of maintenance you can do is clean out the EBP sensor tube, and check the sensor itself for clogging with soot. You said it read within 0.1psi of MAP and BARO with key on engine off, so likely the sensor is good, but maybe the pipe to it is clogged or rusted through, affecting running fueling. Again, I don't know how much it would affect your issue, but I've heard it can affect mileage, if not idle.
While I did not have your symptoms, these are all things I did to make sure the truck was 100% before adding upgrades. I'm recommending it because I think it's money well spent on a 25 year old platform.
Riffraff had this article on CPS affecting idle on some trucks that had the light grey sensor. Wondering if your particular engine doesn't idle as well with this version. I have the light grey one and mine idles ok, so it varies truck-to-truck.

Some have had luck switching to an OBS 7.3 CPS. Don't ask me what the difference is cause I don't know, but it is a different part #.
I was scrolling through that last log and noticed it's still got some data gaps. Any chance they're a symptom? I'm pretty much out of ideas aside from the basics. Cleaning every ground you can find, go through the engine management sensors shaking and wiggling the harness trying to cause a hiccup, and disconnecting each connector to clean and grease the pins. Oh and if the PCM case isn't grounded already make one for it.

ICP and pigtail are brand new from the local International dealer. I can pick up a new CPS tomorrow if a Motorcraft is available locally. Leaving out Wednesday for the holiday weekend so might not get a Motorcraft CPS before the trip. But I’ll try.

I cleaned the EBP tube a few years ago. I’ll check it out tomorrow evening.
I did not get to EBP tube. Today was a humdinger. I did change the CPS sensor and it didn’t change anything. Here is a pic of the old one. I would say it’s grey.
So what do we have at this point? Both ICP sensor and IPR have been replaced, along with their pigtails, correct? The CPS has been replaced (what color did you put in?). Could you give us a screenshot of parked at idle PERDELs again and see what #5 is doing with this new CPS?
I'm not sure what you do next for this rough idle that's not a lot of work. Like if #5 still shows a higher than normal PERDEL, swap injectors 1 and 5, and see if the issue follows. Since it's not a dead hole, I don't know if that's worth it, especially if you had a rough idle before these injectors.
A bent pushrod could explain #5 being off and a rough idle. It's also not all that uncommon to have one get bent. The factory rods aren't exactly known for their strength.

What are we missing?
you are correct sir. New UVCH with the reman injectors. Did you catch when I said that the HPOP reservoir was full but I did not lose much oil when changing the IPR?
