It had the rough idle and bad fuel mileage prior to the new injectors. That was one of the reasons I wanted new (reman) injectors. I did not if the injectors were original or not. I wanted to know what I had. It seems the rough idle may be worse now but it’s probably about the same.
I changed the IPR 2 days ago and within minutes the idle smoothed out some but the truck performed much much better. When I stabbed the throttle I’d responded. The truck pulled better. I was going in a good direction. When I got out of the truck yesterday afternoon it was back to where it was before I changed the IPR. When I would stab the throttle it sorta stumbles, hesitates and then would pick up RPM’s. At one point about 20 seconds before I ended the data log, while driving, I hit the pedal and nothing happened. Held it to the floor and nothing. Then it started working again.
Yesterday you asked about the voltage being 12.71 I believe, I’m wondering if this could be an electrical issue. Or PCM issue.
Has fuel pressure and aeration been checked yet? Aeration is plausible here. Started fine ran good at first but progressively got worse could track with starting with little or no air in fuel then the longer and more you drive the more air gets churned into the fuel.
You could have electrical issues or a mix of electrical and mechanical. It's hard to say at this point based on the data the truck looks healthy. I doubt the PCM is bad here simply because it does run reliably..

I have not checked for air in the fuel. And not sure how to go about it. I have a pillar mounted gauge and it reads 65-67 lbs at idle and cruising and I saw it drop to 54lbs during a WOT pull.
Not sure if this is normal but when I turn the key to the on position the fuel pressure comes up to 65 or so but then once I hear the fuel pump cut off the pressure immediately drops. Is that normal or should it hold that pressure?

If you still have the factory fuel bowl then all you'll need is a length of 5/16 hose(any kind doesn't matter) , and a clear bottle or jug. On the back side of the fuel bowl is the drain valve. At the base of the valve is the barb for the drain tube. Work the factory tube off, then slide the hose in it's place. Put the other end in the jug and open the valve. Now cycle the key for a few seconds and see what you get. If anything more than 1-2 stay bubbles shows up then you've got a suction side leak in the fuel line.
