I was able to get my fingertips under the edge of the rubber trim piece that hides the scews behind it, and pull it loose from the right end, then pull the left end loose.
The thing I kept doing was leaning against the passenger seat power controls, causing the seat back to lay back and the seat to move back, too bad there isn't a way to turn those off temporarily.
