Hello all,
I made a dumb naive move and chipped my 2011 F-550 cab and chassis with a Superchips flashaq programmer. It immediately threw P0243 DTC which I have read is because the wastegate setup on my 550 is different than the 250/350. I have returned to stock tune and the light comes back.
I understand that I now have to load the " factory as built data" using FORScan. I able to do it, but only to the other modules besides the PCM. When I try to load the factory as built data from motorcraftservice. c0m its says, "Sorry, factory as built data doesn't contain information about this module".
When I look at the actual table values on the Ford website it only shows 9 rows for the PCM, while my trucks PCM in FORScan has 100 or more rows. So in other words the Ford website isn't giving me all the table values.
Do any of you have the info for these rows? Or where could I get the info from? I am considering buying a chip thats acvtually made for a 550 cab and chassis.. Do any of you recommend a chip? I would like to get as good MPG as possible- I am not deleted and prefer to stay that way for the time being.
Very much appreciate any input

Hello my friend I just saw your post and I have the same problem with my BCM and as built data not matching files with blocks. I see you posted this and no one has replied. Were you able to fix it and resolve it? If so, could you please tell me how?
I ended up buying a replacement PCM and using forscan to install it into the truck. I saved the as built data from it right away, which has come in handy already. When I re-write the as built data I saved when I first put the PCM to it again, it does give me the warning that the number of blocks are different, but it does overwrite the data and the truck acts 'new' again(getting rid of check engine lights that cant be cleared with a normal code reader).
Garrett, do you by chance still have this as built data from the new PCM? I’m running into a snag with my 2013 and have the same dilemma with ford not having as built info for my PCM.
By the way my truck is a 2011 f-550 4x4 supercab with cruise control, it has updated turbo(2016+) but I dont think that turbo is included in this as built data. Let me know if you need any other info and good luck.

You can also try here: https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt
(you may need to select your country when you first visit). Just dump in your VIN and it'll spit out As-Built data that you can download, or just look at the list and compare it to yours in FORScan.
Edit: Oops, just saw that OP mentioned that in their post, but they hid the URL so I didn't see it when I first read. sorry!
