Thanks Hank ,
the problem with those torx wrenches is , your eye site , if you are in a tight area you rely on a no click but a needle and a good eye , and I found vertically as you pull ya can’t see the needle , unless you rely on a buddys eye or pulling,
You'd love that place. Temperatures approaching 120° on a regular basis, fear of jail if you criticize the government, and the government is run by a bunch of radical mullahs. Oh yeah. Great place.
I am thinking about buying this torque wrench. For the price, I can't go wrong. Any of you guys have any torque wrench experience you can share
With most torque wrenches you need to be very careful about how you hold the handle. The handle will have a little "pivot" in the center of the handle, and you have to balance your hand such that you're not putting pressure on the inside or outside of the handle. The second thing is that "click" style torque wrenches will always have some slop about where they click, and it's easy to over-torque.
The best torque wrenches are typically dial wrenches. Quite a few years ago, I needed a very accurate dial torque wrench, and I got myself a Mountz. No click, and you can hold the handle anywhere.
A couple years ago I was oh so fortunate to get a ride on track in a Ford GT Mk II, which at the time was Ford's hottest track only car. It was neither race nor street legal, just for funsies. It was something I'll never forget. Here's a picture of the beast.
Well, fast forward a couple of years and Ford delivered the first GT Mk IV customer car to the same guy at Road Atlanta last week. Ben went out there and set the GT track record, as well as besting the LMP3 and Formula Atlantic track records in the process! The video is insane. See below. I'm very much hoping to get a ride in the new car.
Why would Ford make a car "just for funsies"? I can understand it not being street legal, but not race legal?
On the road again. My scooter has finally been fixed! The truck is still working great, so I will take it in for a smog test on Friday.

Before you go, make sure that your truck is ready and that all the sensors are satisfied.
