Do you have a title? If the first 9 match, it's a safe bet the number on the title is correct.
Otherwise, keep cleaning that frame and checking it with a magnifying glass.
There might be another stamping either close to the alternator or under the cab.

I have a title but the trucks been body swapped with an F25 so I’m trying to identify the f26 VIN so I can dig up the F26 title, wherever it may be. From what I’ve gathered, the real vehicle identifier is what’s on the frame, not the plate on the door. I’m sure that is debatable by many…
