I have an OBS F250 that I D60 front swapped (7.3 IDI but y’all are more active in this subject). I have no idea what springs are on the thing previous owner used to tow a gooseneck and there are 3 springs in the pack in the front and I re-sprung them once from a local shop. I used it for a couple years hauling water around 3000 lb in the bed and it would barely sag. Truck rides like a covered wagon, and I just had disc surgery so I need to do something about it so my discs don’t compress on a pothole lol.
did my research on forums and talked to someone who’s done it and decided that I want to do PMF RSK w/ V codes front and B codes rear on f350 blocks.
couple questions… for this will I need a dropped pitman arm and adjustable track bar? Will rear B codes be bolt on?
To do super duty springs up front I believe you will need the drop pitman and track bar. Call PMF and tell them what you want to do with the truck and see if they have any suggestions.
I called Sky before I bought mine and they were very helpful.
I did basically what you're describing for the front, but I just used the suspension and rear axle from a 1997 F-350 from a salvage yard. I do not remember which spring codes I used in the front. But, for my kit, I used a drop pitman arm and adjustable panhard rod. I think that Ben is offering good advice here to call PMF and ask about it.

How’s the ride quality? You happy with it? Were the rears bolt on? Can’t find much info on the rear. Thanks!

Well, I told you wrong. I’m on OBS rear suspension. Sorry for the absent-minded response. I’ll edit my previous post.
In the front, I was coming from a worn TTB Dana 50. The ride on the Dana 60 with RSK was better to the point that a friend of mind who was familiar with the truck remarked about it the first time he rode in it after the swap. It’s still a solid axle under an F-250, at the end of the day, though.
I did PMF RSK on my 350, with "standard weight" SuperDuty springs. I forget what code. I like the ride and handling improvement.
I recollect reading that stock 250 springs do not play well with a D60 swap and ride really harsh. Probably something about the D60 fully "floating" on the springs, while D50 also has weight on the suspension pivots, leverage between pivots, springs, and wheels, etc, and requiring a different spring rate than a D60.
The front bracket on PMF's RSK is different between OBS and SD springs to accommodate different eye-to-eye differences, so you will need to make that decision. I saw opinions that the SD springs ride better, so I went that way. Within SD springs (or OBS), spring code doesn't affect the front bracket.
PMF offers a drop track (panhard) bar bracket and pitman arm. You will want both to avoid bump steer.
If you go with PMF, I like the optional front receiver, but if you intend to seriously use it (loaded cargo carrier, recovery point, etc), you may want to weld in reinforcement to the crossbar before installing. The crossbar is rather small compared to what's on a Class III rear receiver.
