No traction control

No traction control
My new 2023 is in the shop because nothing happens when the traction control button is activated. They updated some software but no luck. Diagnosed as the switch itself. So I took the truck while awaiting the ordered switch. Plus, I needed the truck for vacation.
Switch installed and no fix. They said I could come get the truck if I wanted while they tried to find a solution with Ford engineering. I opted to leave it because I don't need the truck for a few days and I have a beater to drive. Couldn't see them taking stuff apart more times than necessary.
Last update said that they're still trying to sort it out with engineering to figure out whether any further updates need to be done or if any module needs to be replaced. I'm not complaining. If it has to happen now is a good time because I haven't reopened the business for the season yet and I do have transportation.
I posted just to see if anyone else has had this or similar issues.
