I picked my tremor 2WD valence up for less than $100 from the dealer, as I recall. It was $78. The killer with these things is the shipping, so it was much better to get it through the dealer, as I didn't have to eat that part of it. Here's both of them one in front of the other, and here it is installed. Comparison

I ordered the tremor version, but maybe they switched it on me. I don't have the box anymore to double check. Either way, it was very inexpensive when I ordered it and I'm happy with the way it looks.

It's the same one I have; it's definitely the 2wd one. Looks much better than the 4wd version.
On my '13, I trimmed the valance and had a few questions over time from Ford guys about the difference. It looked factory and they couldn't find it at the dealer. Different on newer SD. The '21 SD I got a few months ago had the Tremor valance, don't know if previous owner changed it or what.
I just put a tremor valence on my 2023 F350 last night. Took about 30 minutes as scraprat noted. Just an 8mm socket for all the screws and about a 3" extension for some of the hard to reach ones. Cordless ratchet for most of them but had to hand turn a few due to limited access. A flat blade screwdriver to pop the clips off the old one and then just snap them onto the new one. Protruding tabs on the valence locate it correctly on the bumper. Replace the screws and you're back in business. In my opinion, it looks soooo much better on my truck.
