Mounts for truck bed

How is the truck bed mounted with bushing or wood

my question is was the bed leveled out with bushings to mount to the frame or as it appears just blocks of wood between the frame and bed.

IIRC, 2 at each rail with blocks being 2 different sizes based on open/closed rail design.

Yes, blocks of oak wood as reinforcing supports for the bed cross-channel, but not serving to level the bed. That Was done with large fender washers/spacers. Bed had never been off when I restored it.

I took measurements with calipers when I did mine but I don't think I recorded those numbers - they are likely different for a 1965 f250 4x4 with a 'wrong bed' than a 1966 F250 2WD with newer styleside bed since the channels aren't the same widths between the 1957 era and the 1964 era beds.
