I recently bought a used 2019 F-350. I printed out the original window sticker from Car Fax to assess the build. Engine block heater is on the options list. I searched it, and the video's I found indicate there should be a plug on the lower-front facia. I don't find a plug there. I can see a wire harness that runs horizontally along the facia, but its tie-wrapped along the facia and I can't find any loose hanging harness that would be the plug as I saw in the videos.
Am I possibly wrong about what that option means on the window sticker, or should I check somewhere else for the plug?

Thanks in advance for any help.
If it hasn't been used it's not loose... It's rolled up taught and strapped just to the passenger side of the license plate...
Start at the heating element and chase the wire to the end. The element is visible through the passenger wheel well. Here's the element, confirm it's installed and chase the wire.
My 2017 shows itself at the passenger side tow hook area.
Another thought. There was a recall on the block heater. Before Ford had enough parts, they had dealers cut the harness so it couldn’t be used.
Yes, I brought mine in and they replaced it. Then they called not too long after and said that they had to have it back to remove it, I never took it back for the removal.
