Well my block heater is not working, i have tried two different extension cords and two different outlets (non-GFI), can i just replace the cord that runs to the block or would it be sumthing else wrong????? thank you
Ussually its the plug connection that gets corroded or the plug itself, start there and work your way back checking for cracks and such. If its the plug, you can spice another one in its place.
Just your regular hardware store or Home-Depot or Lowes, make sure you get one rated for that type cord, not sure what the voltage rating is off hand for that cord but somebody will be by to tell you..^^what Chris said above.
