The plug for the heater should be in the area of the pass side batt poking out into the grille.If you don't see it the locate the heater itself.Its behind the startjng motor in one of the freeze plug holes,follow the cord from it. If you see the heater with no cord on it you can buy a new cord and plug it on the heater. Good luck
Sometime the plug is gone. You may have the wire, it is normally a flat, side by side 3 wire, 110 volt. You may just have to install a new 110 plug end.
Onces you find it, when you plug it in you will hear a wissshhhhh, meaning it is working. If it does not wiiiissshhhhh, You can check if you have continuity with a omemeter, not pluged in I mean.

One more thing, if you do not have a block heater, you can always try to install an inline antifreeze heater, it is quite easy to install, just fit it inline with you heater system. i have one on mine and it work quite well, it warms up all your heating system, and the engine, when you start you rig, you have that nice warm air already coming out of the blower, feels gooood..
