Electrical issues

Got a 1978 f150 with a 400. truck was running great and started right up but after i ran it the other day it wont come back on. It is getting absolutely no power anywhere. no lights, ignition, etc. I went ahead and bought a new starter solenoid cause thats what i figured it was but it wasnt. When i jump the solenoid it will turn over but no ignition so it doesnt run. fuse somewhere? i know these have in line fuses so could it be one of those? Battery has good ground and voltage and im just perplexed as to how it would happen so sudden like this

If it's not a battery connection then it's probably your fusible link. next question is what fried it?

X2 yes I also bet the in line fusible link just down stream of the starter solenoid is soft and stretchy. X100 what caused it? Bad alternator, voltage regulator, random hot wire get grounded out?
