Agreed. Radiator was leaking in the fall, just as it got cool in the mountains while we were on a road trip.. Since then the dealer has had it and replaced all of the injectors and checked the systems and we have driven it to the Alabama Gulf Shores and back towing (1700 miles) with no coolant loss.
The top radiator hose was loose, I got rid of the Mishimoto thermostat and went back with stock and I could not get to the clamp easily (finally found the socket I dropped when doing it) so that was my fault.
The truck has been sitting for 2+ weeks in the garage being worked on and there was no pressure in the system for the hose leak and the radiator leak started again the next morning after a cold start, thermostat never even opened and it was cold in the garage. The truck normally sits outside on a gravel drive but when I have it in I am all over it looking for stuff on the ground.
Radiator is replaced. I had trouble getting the transmission cooler lines off of the old radiator and when I did the cooler was loose in the tank, I am thinking this may have been the leak.
