What would cause this?

New to 6.0s. This is a 2003 motor and I’m having crank no start issues when cold. Any advice?

Looks like the forbidden milkshake to me.... coolant in the oil.

What came out of the pan when you drained it? And what's in the degas bottle?

Oil was clean. I believe it’s just condensation from warm ups and shutting it off after short trips. It did not get drove far so I believe that didn’t help. Also puke tank was good as well. I think I have a bad injector o ring somewhere
^thats causing the no start

You can test with compressed air by buying a fitting that screws into your IPR. You’ll hear the hissing then you’ll be closer.

Based on the location it almost seems like something is dripping down from the crankcase ventilation separator since it's only constrained to 1 area. Haven't looked closely at the separator on the 03's (they changed them in mid-04 when they went to they went to the wavy HP oil rails).

Are those splices in the wires on #4 between the connector and the injector, or is it just how the picture looks with the gunk? That connector also looks newer (more black and not faded as much) than the others...

Sure looks like a splice to me, but not sure.

Oh those are definitely butt splice connectors. Not a good place to have butt splices…..Keen eye, I didn’t notice that at first glance.
