Drip rail repair

I have some rust in my drip rail and wondered if anyone has repaired theirs. Photos would be good. Videos would be better.

There are a few threads that cover this. Dennis Carpenter use to have repop drip rail repair pieces. Only show drip rail chrome outer trim/molding now.
