Drip Rail Rust
The drip rail on my '63 F100 is rusting pretty badly, it has rusted all the way through in some parts, what is the most cost effective way to fix this? Should i just have the drip rail removed?

If the trucks just a driver and nothing you are gonna restore or make really pretty I would cut out the old rusted areas, graft in and weld up replacement steel from your favorite source and weld away. With that done...I would get some seam sealer and go over the edges on both sides as much as possible with it.
It wont be the prettiest...but its cost effective and should work...
