'23 Ambient temperature reset?

'23 Ambient temperature reset?
Got truck back from the dealer after doing an IPC reprogram and ambient air temp on the screen shows somewhere between 99-185 degrees... As a result, it wants to blow A/C all the time with no heat.
When I first got the truck it did this also - I spent a couple days trying every reset procedure I could find, unplug sensor etc and after awhile it finally started working fine and had been perfect since. But does anyone know if there is actually a way to reset it and make it work?
