In-Cab Air Temp False Reading

Over the last couple of days, I've noticed that the reading for the outside temperature was a little off. Today it really confirmed my suspicion when I know its 33* outside, but my readout is telling me its 79*. Can someone help me find this problem please? I'm going to guess that the sensor has found a new home closer to the heat of the engine, but I don't know where the sensor is.

Did it change from celsius to fahrenheit, or vice versa maybe?

Thats what I thought at first, but it is displaying *F. However 79*C would be cooking.

Roger that...don't have my manual in front of me or I would know how to toggle back and forth in between readings

I think the sensor is in front of the radiator. Mine does seem to be affected if the truck is not moving. But if yours is off that much after driving, it very well may have moved or gone bad.
