The diagram is not quite correct in my mind - the black wire itself only goes to the motor and doesn't connect to the battery directly.
The motor is negative grounded through its housing to the mounting bracket - then to the cab metal through the mounting surfaces and bolts - which is connected to chassis ground.
The 12V+ positive wire to the switch is the one with the round terminal. That wire - labeled Green-Orange on my wiring diagram - is designed to go on the center post of the ignition switch - also called the A or Accessories connection.
Ah je comprends mieux ! donc la borne ronde c'est pour le + 12V, ensuite il faut redistribuer le + dans le connecteur mais je ne sais pas vers quel fil.
L'essentiel pour mon câblage c'est qu'il me suffit de brancher le + sur la borne ronde et le - se fait sur le corps moteur.

Je m’attendrais à ce que la distribution électrique des fils se produise à l’intérieur du connecteur. Prenez une photo du côté du connecteur où les fils y pénètrent et publiez-la s’il vous plaît.
I looked back at my wiring diagram and the windshield wiper switch itself takes care of the routing depending on if it is set to 'slow' or 'fast'. What you have should be plug and play I would think.
