After my truck warms up about 20 minutes it develops a miss enough so that is barley runes. I have replaced the HPOP, IPR, Injector drive nodule.
Not sure my next move, but thinking changing the value cover gaskets. then Injectors.
Thanks in advance for your help
I can feel the heat of the shotgun barrel from here after that...
Absolutely no mention of pulling codes or running the tests that FORScan or FORScan LITE has the ability to do. Use the OBD II reader they tell you to use.

HAHAHAHAHA!
And since we're skeet shooting here, I'll bet on a worn out fuel injector being the culprit. Works ok with morning thick, cold oil, but get it warmed up and the pressure bleeds off inside or something like that and now it cannot do a good job with minute injections like what is required at idle speed and load.
I've known a few guys who turned engines into boat anchors during a prolonged diagnostic period of time.
Barley runs is a Red Flag.

Have you tried pushing on the 42 pin connectors on the valve covers while it is misfiring? If one of your 42 pin (UVCH) connectors is loose, it'll only run on 4 cylinders and will smooth back out when when you push on the loose connector.
Another quick thing to check is blowby. Have you checked the blowby yet? A decent amount of white vapor is okay, but any noticable pressure coming out is bad.
