My car is front wheel drive only, never had an all wheel drive but did have the option of four wheel in my trucks..suppose much the same..

It cuts down on gas mileage some but I think it is worth it.

You'd think in all the years they've been building vehicles mpg could have improved more than it has..lol

That would have been nice... getting 21mpg with the SHO and 22 with the Flex.. that is everyday driving.

My 2005 Impala got better mileage than the last two I've owned although I haven't really taken the readings much on this one because most of the driving has been around town..

Most of my highway driving is to Dryden now or occasionally to Thunder Bay for medical appointments..

Hello Steve, all I did today was shovel the driveway and take the wife up town to pick up a few things..back has been acting up I think from the cold..

Found the issue with the no compression................... heads are not stock. Valves require an adjustment and were too tight. Have to throw the manuals away!
