86° this afternoon, more sun than the Soothsayers predicted and a pretty good breeze and an index currently of 95°. The humidity didn't drop to the 50's like they said, currently 64% and sticky.
Steve, once again the rain and storms was a big bust! 9/100ths overnight!
We had heavy rain last night with what seemed like a million strikes of lightning. Hotter than blazes today with the humidity. I sweat pretty heavy today in the shop too but got a fair amount accomplished..

John, we missed the rain again but the Soothsayers crystal ball predicts rain and storms late this evening into tomorrow morning. I do hope we get some! It has been a very dry 2+ months!

Good August One Alabama, Steve, John and all the crew. The new month is starting better in my woods with some very needed rain but by afternoon according to the Soothsayer crystal ball it will be 98° and very humid. They also say more rain in the evening and overnight.

Sensational Saturday morning Alabama, Steve, John and all the Dixie crew on what will be a slightly nicer day. The rain and storms we didn't get yesterday and last night did seem to drop todays temperature to 85°, rh at 50%, index of 86°, slight breeze and partly sunny!
I am not sure what I will be getting into today after doing all me Domestic Househusband Chores yesterday!
