John, good thing they happen in the forest and not in town. It seems they are far more frequent than in the past!

Fantastic Friday Alabama, Steve, John and all the crew. Overcast this morning with a little rain and 63° to start the morning. Later partly sunny and 88° and not they say maybe an afternoon shower but they say a boomer is possible early evening.

Awfully quiet around these parts! Steve, I hope everything is well with you!

Morning John and how is the pain in the neck? Better I hope!

It is the Weekend Eve and almost time to start the Party but first we must go to town and do our Friday routine.

 

Evening Rod, neck and shoulder pain is greatly improved, have pain pills now when it gets out of control. Right arm is still weak as hell.still can't hold a cup of coffee to my lips with that arm. Been getting acupuncture and deep massage, chiropractor won't do any cracking. I haven't used the neck hammock for awhile.

John, glad things are improving. I used the neck sling for about 3 months even though pain and symptoms has stopped. In many cases the weakness will take more time to subside based on where the impingement is/was and duration!
As for Chiropractic Tx, the acupuncture will help and who can turn down a deep Massage!! LOL

 

Still no return of Steve, wonder if myself or someone said something that offended him..?

 

I don't really think you or I could have! Steve has been around for a long time and know the Dark Side of most of us! LOL
