Hello. So I have 1995 f150 5.0. Cruise control is not working. I replaced the old leaking switch on master cylinder. Check for voltage to the amplifier its good. Also no brake lights out and no LEDs along with horn and airbag works. No dash lights. So I tested resistance at amplifier plug. Everything seems good except set accel and resume. Like 2ohms when pressed supposed to be almost 650 on set. Would you suggest a bad switch? The coast botton puts out 120 ohms so on the switch only one button works. Any leads on new switches?
Before you buy ANYTHING, test the systems. You've already checked for voltage, now test the switch for proper resistance for every button.
There's a flow-chart describing how to isolate the problem on a CC system.
I've fixed one of these systems by flushing out the connector with alcohol and scrubbing it with a brush. I wouldn't have found that problem if I hadn't tested the system.
This should get you started.

I'm stuck at a8 max resistance is .6ohms if I push resume it goes to 2ohms and if I push coast it goes to 120ohms which is only button on right side working. So I'm guessing the set accel but is shot. Anyway to fix the button as ones on eBay look questionable. Thank you for the help

If you don't have an airbag, you can remove the steering wheel pad by pulling up on the bottom of the bad. A ball/socket clip holds it together. Then flush out the switches with denatured alcohol or rubbing alcohol. I've been impressed by the amount of electrical stuff I've fixed with an alcohol flush.
