Cruise control problem

I have a 2000 f250 7.3 and the cruise control works when only when the engine is cold. Once the truck warms up, cruise will shut off and not reactivate. I have no lights on on the dash new clutch safety switch a new sensor on the master cylinder horn works and have had a scanner hooked up and compared the electrical values of the buttons pushed to the spec any help is appreciated

Did you use a Motorcraft or something else when you replaced the switch on the master cylinder?

Im fairly certain its a motorcraft switch but the original one that i took out wasnt leaking and had no other signs it wasnt working.
