4R100 shifting problems

4R100 shifting problems
Hello I have a 03 F250 5.4 4R100
I recently rebuilt the trans and have had issues with it since. It started As a 2-3 no shift condition. Fixed 2-3 and all other shift valves. Now it shifts 1-2 and feels like engine brake is on more gas I give the more it wants to stop. This is inOD auto shifting. When i manual shift 1-2 it works no engine braking when shift 2-3 manual it does same thing engine braking. I put superior shift kit in. Pump mods for that. Everything that is needed to be new is new. T.C. to friction plates. bushings. Not new valve body's all
shift vales are new boost valve ect.i am at a loss. Not a professional mechanic but never take vehicles to a shop so I am stumped on the symptoms and where to go from here. Have run a pressure gauge 80 on idle 120 in first gear. Then 2nd 100 psi 3rd well engine braking. Rechecked all valve body's, seem to working pcm is commanding shift then it is late and braking starts.
