i sight of recent posts about shifting, and such i thought i would see about this "flair". i dont seem to have it. if you dont care, watch this vid and see what u think. i matted it, and let out to a little over 3/4 throttle in 3rd gear
it would probably help yours on the light throttle 2-3 and 3-4 shifts, and the hard load down shifts such as trying to pass some one while down gearing from 4th to 3rd.
my mistake, you get to view all the shifts, i am not making sense tonight...... your 3-4 shift is good and crisp, very nice, what kind of tranny do you have and what type of shift kit? what do your shifts look like at full throttle?
a good torque converter is probably why you dont see it sliding. that is a plus with any rebuild. do you know what brand they dropped in? i am sorry to say that i am not impressed with your 1-2 and 2-3 shifts. they didnt tell you what they put in your tranny? it definatly shifts better than a stocker but it still isnt a quick crisp shift
if nothing else i would try to get the info before time goes by ust incase of warrenty issues down the road. it still bugs me to read that you are pushing 25 psi boost!!!!!
Hard to say anything about the vids.
It looks like you are blowing right thru the converter.
Could be why you see 25psi boost. Its not loading down the motor.
I would do a stall test and see what the RPM is.
I would think its up in the rpm's.
