towing specs help

With a VIN, is it possible to determine if my truck has the Max Tow package?

What year truck? Often looking at hitch can tell you.

No. If you find the rear axle tag that says something to the tune of 3L73 (maybe it’s different now, but 3.73 gears either way), you very likely have a 9.75” rear and the Max Tow package.

My 2020 Max Tow has 3.55 gears, just fyi.
