Steering Stabilizer for 2004 Excursion 2WD

Hi all. I have a 2004 Eddie Bauer Excursion 2WD that I just put new Bilstein shocks on and wanted to add a Bilstein Steering Stabilizer as well. The part shows that it is appropriate for my Excursion but I don't have the mounting bracket on my original equipment. Is there a mounting kit available for the Excursion to be able to add a Steering Stabilizer? I've done a lot of searching but can't come up with a part number for the kit if it exists. Did some Excursion 2x4 vehicles have stabilizers and others did not?
