You can try contacting their tech help line if you're having problems. It's been a few years ago now but I called them with an issue and was very surprised and pleased with the help I was given. I know you're switching to Forscan and so have I but it never hurts to have a working backup.

I have dealt with the twice before and have been very helpful. I didn't check to see if there has been an update for the firmware or not. My old brick snap on works just fine as well but has its limitations. Met an older retired mechanic that had the red brick, useless for today's vehicles, he knew it too, so I gVe him a $100 for it because he had the psd cartridge for it and the k2a key.

the word you speak of, is the word those of us around here commonly refer to it as
the USB connector showed up yesterday. I will download the program and check it out this weekend.
