I have a 2013 I just put a new DCR pump in. No issues before the install other than taking a couple seconds longer to start than an average 6.7. After the pump install I got 3 codes. P2122, P06A6, P0532. Takes a lot longer to start now and has a tick/miss. Also has a wrench light. I just recently got a crank position sensor code a couple days later. P0335 I believe, I can double check that later. I have already tried new batteries. Any help would be much appreciated.
I'm here to learn what I can, very novice on the 6.7. Not sure if you have access to forscan but watching individual sensors and checking their signal voltage might point you in the right direction. Good luck!
Redford- unfortunately from what I’ve been reading with my symptoms, I’m leaning towards pcm. From what I’ve seen, all of my wires appear to be good. I think my rail pressure sensor shorted and fried that part of the pcm. How can I test my pcm? Thank you
Matthew- yes that would be a good idea. I’ve heard of forscan, looking into that. Honestly if it cost as much as a pcm I might just buy a pcm and chance it. Hopefully I can get some more input before I pull the trigger.

It's free, might require you to buy an adapter, depending on your computer
