Welcome to FTE!

There are plenty of folks to help you but following your problem statement is a bit difficult.

So based on "wont start unless I pore gas through air intake" means you have to pour fuel into the intake to get it to start. That's the easy one!

Next statement "after I get it started no ideal and no run with throtel pedel in any positation" Is a bit tougher. Is the engine running or not?

Next: "the only way to keep it running is to non stop fethering the throtel" Appears to contradict the previous statement.

Next: "no codes" How did you check for codes? Use a jumper, reader, etc.? At the very least you should have gotten the System Pass code of 11 for KOEO and once again for CM if there were no stored codes.

Next: "changed both pumps and relay" Why did you change those components?

sorry ok starts when i add gass. i only have to add gass the first start it dies as soon as the gas i poured in is gone but will start agin if i pump the throtal. wont stay running unless i contineally pump or feather the throtal.i got it with frount pump missing and was told tank pump was bad is why i changed them.i looked for codes with light tester then igniting the system tester flashed one time then nothing more tried it 3 or 4 times. i was getting a dim light on pos. fuel pump wires so i ran power to both pumps through a togo switch now im getting no power to either pump or the reset under the dash the dim light i found was from pump in the tank wire come lose and went ground fixed that and now i get no power was woundering could that wire going to ground have hurt the ecm

So no codes?

The ignition tester only flashes once?

And even with a hot lead to the fuel pumps they do not turn on?

Not sure which wire you are referring to was shorting to ground.

fuel pumps work fine bypassed. The original tank pump pos wire went to ground in side the tank. Yes when I hook up my test light then ignite the system to retrieve codes my test light goes on then it goes out then their is nothing more. After priming for first start it starts right up every time with out help. After starting it dies immediately unless I continually tap on the throttle and if I can tap fast enough I can get the RPM'S to rises soon as I stop tapping the throttle it dies. I'm out of town a couple days I will do a video when I get back thank you all so much for being so patient
with me and helping me

have you replaced the fuel filter and inspected/replaced the fuel pressure regulator.
