I just picked up a wireless keypad from Ford accessories and am trying to figure out how to program it to my truck 2017 F250 STX. Anyone know how to do this? I've searched and came up with nothing. Thanks!
Got a link to this part you bought? I've heard of people adding the wired keypad to the B pillar, like some trucks come with, but that's not a Ford accessory item, so not what you have I guess. Did it not come with instructions?

it came with user instructions but not programming instructions. I believe it is meant to be installed by the dealer not a DIY. I was hoping I don't have to take it to the dealer to be programed.
The accessory keypad I added to my Maverick had to be dealer programmed. That may be your only option. There was a barcode sticker with a code that dealer software was needed to enter.

I was able to find the instruction sheets. Based on the information in it, the Super Duty doesn't require dealer programing, no asterisk. It's not clear though on what code you need to use. It refers to a master code card(did it come with one?), and serial number. Anyway, see what you can decipher from this...

Thanks! I think! While it says it doesn't have to be installed by the dealer the text in the instructions sure makes it sound like you have to have the dealers computer to do it unless my chemo brain is making it much harder than it is!

The way I am reading it is that the Super Duty uses program procedure type C (pg 6), and only those vehicles with an asterisk next to them require the dealer programing using FDRS/IDS. To me it looks like the master code is all you need, but did it come with a master code card?
I could be misinterpreting it, and the asterisk only differentiates between those vehicles that need FDRS and those that need IDS🤷🏻♂️
