I have same problem as someone else had on this Forum. Won't start until crank and crank and pushing accelerator.Finally starts and runs rough until excessive gas is consumed. Diagnosed as fuel bowl leaks down and doesn't fill until fuel pump runs by cranking., Hard on starter motor!

I have the same carb and motor. 10 to 15 seconds with the jumper wire should fill the fuel bowls and make for much easier cold starts after sitting for a while.
Somebody said there is no "I" terminal on an '85 as it was changed with the electronic ignition.
Mine looks like the old Ford standby solenoid with 2 large terminals and 2 small. 2 small ones disappear into a wire bundle
Your solenoid (start relay) can have it depending on what model relay someone used. None of these trucks used the I terminal unless you have a truck originally equipped with a 460 and the hot fuel handling option.
