Hello, I have just started to hear a clicking noise when pressing the clutch on my 1952 F2. It happens when fully pressed or even a light touch of the pedal. Its quite a loud clicking noise. The gearbox is still the original style 3 speed manual sitting behind a 239 Flathead.

Any suggestions?
Welcome to the forum!
The clicking is almost certainly the throwout (release) bearing.
Some of the replacements are sealed bearings, that can't be regreased, others have a machined slot to allow it. (see pic) Personally, I haven't seen a zerk fitting on any trucks of this era, maybe on the bigger trucks? Tractors apparently had them. If yours has a zerk, I believe you need to align the notch with the zerk when installing.
At any rate, you'll have to pull the trans to replace it. Try to find an SKF release bearing, I think Rock Auto has them. Lots of chinese junk out there. The same bearing was used for many years, here are some part numbers:
SKF throwout bearing: N1087, BIN 2065
Ford p/n's: C0TZ-7580-B (replaced C0TZ-7580-A; 78-7580 & 78-7580-A) .. T/O Bearing-Does not come with the hub
Bearing Industry Number (BIN): 2065 or 2065-31 or A-2526-33 or A-2556-33

Thanks Everyone - Would you advise to stop driving the truck til I get a replacement bearing or would it be OK to drive for short run
The noise is indictive of an impending more serious issue. While the vehicle is capable of motion, it's a matter of time (of which the amount is anyone's guess) before it goes from just a noise to more serious damage from seizure or disintegration. I would take the opportunity to heed the warning given and address it sooner rather than later.
Also, remember, a real diagnosis has not occurred - there is a chance it is something other than the throw out bearing.
