Clutch/Throw out noise

I just installled a new valair kevlar/ceramic clutch in my 1997 F350 CCLB and now I am getting a grinding/dry bearing noise when the clutch is engaged (pedal is up). The noise goes a way as soon as I put my foot on the pedal and move it about 1-2". I looked under the truck with it running in neutral and the clutch fork is wobbling up and down. I had my dad push the pedal down while I watched the fork. When the clutch pedal is all the way down the fork stops wobbling. Also the noise goes away when I push the slave rod in and pull the fork away from the throw out. WTH???

My thought is that the clutch forks are slipping on the throw out untill more pressure is put on it? The new throw out is new and pritty stiff and harder to spin.

Is the fork wobble a normal thing?
I do have some gear roll noise now as well that I didnt have with my old clutch. SMF in both situations.

Pull the fork out and put some grease down in the divot where it pivots on the ball. If that is dry in there it will make noise. As far as the wobble goes, some do and some don't. I don't know what makes them wobble.

I read that on another thread and did that this morning. There is no squeaking now but the grinding noise is still there.
Could it be that the new bearing needs to take a set an wear in? Or do I just have to drive the thing and not worry about it?

The grinding noise could be part of the gear rollover you are hearing. The truck I had before the one I have now had terrible gear rollover when I converted it to a solid flywheel. It sounded like the trans was full of rocks! LOL!

As far as I know the clutch fork wobble is normal. And for noise or whatever I get vibration. I think it's just the solid flywheel. The 03 7.3 I had before with the zf 6 did thesame. I replaced my clutch, pressure plate , converted to a solid flywheel , new ford oem fork , new oem throw out bearing, new oem quill on the transmission , new slave and master cylinder , rebuilt the pedal box bushings , and did the heim joint mod. And my fork wobbles but have had no problems for 6 months now.

I replaced my clutch about 8 months ago. First time I used cheapo parts store stuff. I dropped the tranny again after that about 2 months later cause the throw out was riding and it was in pieces.
