Can any FORD dealer adjust the tire pressure alert so it is different than 70 psi ( or whatever it is programmed from factory ) ??
My dealer says they have no capability to adjust this setting? I find this difficult to believe as tire manufactures
vary their recommended pressures .....
Tire manufacturers only set a max psi, vehicle manufacturers set their recommended pressure setting for each particular vehicle to fit the intended use.
When you change tire and wheel size, those recommendations go out the window, and the vehicle manufacturer has nothing to do with it anymore.

The dealer most certainly CAN change the settings but most will not. As mentioned, getting set up with ForScan is something I think every Ford owner should do. I have my TPMS thresholds reset to 35 front and 30 rear. I am running 48 psi front and 42 rear right now. I was just at Discount tire for my free rotate and balance and they returned the truck with 70 front and 80 rear, which was atrocious. I honestly can't imagine people leave their tires at those pressures... I was also able to adjust for larger tires and get my speedo/odo correct. Lots of ridiculous warning chimes can be defeated with ForScan as well which makes the ding dong happy truck easier to tolerate. Good Luck
If you don't want to do it with Forscan yourself, there may be someone on the forum willing to change it for you if you live in close proximity. There was a thread dedicated to connecting people in need. Only takes a minute to make the changes.
Had the same wheel and similar tire set up on my '21 350 and I used FORScan to set my TPMS threshold to 40psi all the way around. I normally ran about 50-55psi in them unless towing. Then if it ever triggered the TPMS light I knew I had a low tire or bad sensor.
