Tire Pressure

Does anyone know if it is normal for the the tire presurre to come on almost everytime i start the vehicle. I ask because when i got it, it came with these little things where you put the air in, you know, the ones where if it's green it's ok and if it's red it needs air and what not. So anyway, the little tire pressure thingys say that it's ok (green) yet, every time i turn the Expedition on, it says tire pressure low and the light comes on also, however, after a while of use, the light comes off. I was just wondering if the tire just needed to warm-up or something. Well, thanks in advance.

What is the cold tire pressure?

You might want to check it before you start it just to see if it is out of range (low)...regardless of what those indicator caps say.

those caps are not reliable to base your tire pressure off of. the ford system is very reliable. so it is obvious you have low tire pressure.
